2. collection, processing and use of personal data
We do not collect any personal data from you when you visit this website. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself via our contact form. This data will only be used to answer your request and will be deleted afterwards. Registration is not required for most of our service offerings. You can therefore visit our website without telling us who you are.

As with any connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider Metanet in Zurich, Switzerland, logs and stores certain technical data. We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter “YouTube”). When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. In the process, YouTube is informed which pages you are visiting. 8. newsletter
If you have signed up for our newsletter with your email address, we will store and use your email address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
For our newsletter service, we use the newsletter service “Mailchimp” of Rocket Sience Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308.
If you enter your e-mail address to receive the newsletter, it will first be stored by MailChimp for the purpose of sending the owner an e-mail in which he/she can confirm the subscription to the newsletter mailing (“double opt-in”). After such confirmation, the email address will be stored permanently at MailChimp until you have unsubscribed from receiving the newsletter or it is deleted by us. MailChimp stores the date of the registration as well as the IP address under which the registration took place. A further use of your IP address does not take place.
We would like to point out that the data collected and used via MailChimp is stored and processed on computers in the USA. By agreeing to receive our newsletter, you agree to this. In addition, we have concluded a data processing contract with MailChimp based on the so-called EU standard contractual clauses. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties in any other way.

9. webshop
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address and means of payment of the purchaser.
In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract:

The data you provide is required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (10 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years).
