The piece has been described as van Gogh’s riotous celebration of color, texture and light. Imperial fritillaries are bulbs that were grown in France and Germany at the end of the 19th century. The orange-red flower is also known as the imperial crown.

This art work has been put together by a skilled artist using approx. 3200 pieces of highest quality glass in 180 hours of craftsmanship.
